Product Rating: Product Review (submitted on 17 August 2010):I had a problem,with my unit after moving and connecting and disconnecting numerous times etc etc.,service dept was very good ,and although I had to send it back,The data was all put on a new unit and sent back to me , at no cost even though it was probably something I did that caused the problem,they couldnt have been more helpful.Thumbs up.
