We only ordered this a few days ago and already it is here. Plugged it straight in and used it straight away. We phoned first as I always like speaking to someone at the other end of the phone first and my call was answered within a couple of rings, all questions answered straight away and unit was dispatched the same day by eParcel and only took 3 days to get to us. Received the unit yesterday and straight from the box plugged it into my computer and it just came up as an additional hard drive ! So easy its great I love the fact that all my family photos are now safe and sound. (Posted on 10/11/09)

Great little box, bit on the heavy side but fast transfer speeds. We store all our music / photos on this baby and also mark it as a shared drive so everyone else in the house can have their own folder of info on a safe area. (Posted on 8/11/09)

I run a small / medium business and got one of these and use it as a back up for our ReadyNAS DUO. It plugs into the back of an available USB slot and when we hit the backup button on the front it copies the contents onto our little vault. Also we have locked it / bolted it to the furnature so we beleive we have covered all bases. Now all our old MYOB files / invoices and contacts etc are safely backed up and we wont see any down time or lost productivity if the worst should happen. (Posted on 8/11/09)
