We first found Rockingham I.T. Solutions when our main computer died after just being four months old and although we backed up all our data and emails to an external NAS ( Network Attached Storage ) device we needed our computer fixed to be able to access it , and fast !
One of their technicians came round out of business hours and had to exchange a faulty motherboard and hard drive and then re-load the system and configure it. Even though this was a huge job the system was taken away, rebuilt and returned within 24 hours !
